White Jade Gua Sha
White Jade Gua Sha
Gua sha stems from traditional Chinese medicine and East Asian cultures that have used stone tools as healing techniques for many centuries to create friction in the body, helping clear internal heat and stagnation.
The ancient practice supports the idea that pressure and friction create circulation in the face and body, resulting in less inflammation, redness, fine lines, and improved lymphatic drainage. Gua sha can also be used on the arms, legs, chest and neck to relieve pain or tension, and increase circulation to reduce inflammation.
White jade promotes harmony of the mind, body, and spirit. It is healing and opening of the heart chakra to bring in positive energy and prosperity.
Suggested Use: Apply a few drops of facial oil to the palms and gently pat or massage onto the face. Hold the gua sha facial tool with the curved side to your face and glide it gently up and out, moving in a constant upwards and outwards motion towards the hairline from the neck, jawline, chin, and mouth. Use as frequently as desired on the face and body, under the eyes, and on lips.
