The mushroom apothecary Forest Folk Fungi is the result of a collaboration between Ali and Joe, one, a practicing herbalist, and the other, an experienced cultivator. Together, they make plant medicine of the highest quality, and build community with others who share their vision across the country.
Ali has been a practicing herbalist in the Chattanooga area for several years, and Joe came over in 2015 from Western North Carolina steeped in the ways of the Great Gnome. Joe runs the gardens and is actively working on our future land-based projects. Ali manages the apothecary and facilitates connections between plants and people at workshops in the region. Together, they make medicine, consciously wildcraft, build and seek community, make music, sing, dance, and play.
