Suggested Ritual and Use

Jade Roller: Apply your favorite Morning or Nightime Oil, Serum or Cream. Starting in the middle of the face roll outwards across the cheeks with gentle pressure and repeat 2-3 times, Move to the eyebrows with gentle pressure and roll upwards across the forehead repeating 2-3 times, Move below the lower lip and roll downward across the chin with gentle pressure repeating 2-3 times. Use the smaller end for more delicate areas and harder to reach places, use the larger end for broad surfaces. Wash with warm soapy water after each use.

Gua Sha: Apply your favorite Morning or Nightime Oil, Serum or Cream and then hold the Gua Sha curved side up and almost entirely flat against your skin. Start at the middle of the face and bring up towards your cheekbones repeat 2-3 times with gentle pressure, Switch to the lip-shaped tip of the Gua Sha Move to the eyebrows and roll upwards across the forehead with gentle pressure repeating 2-3 times, Move below the lower lip and roll downward across the chin with gentle pressure repeating 2-3 times. Flat and Curved Sides can also be used to massage away tension in the shoulders, arms, hands and feet! Wash with warm soapy water after each use.

How often should you use a jade facial roller? The Gua Sha and Jade roller can be used as many times as you feel comfortable but we recommend using twice a day in the beginning and end of your day after cleansing.
